Salary: $18-21/hour based on experience

Reynolds Restoration Services is hiring a full time Restoration Technician to join our team in the Harrisburg, PA area. Restoration Technicians help people recover after they've experienced property damage from a disaster. Normal work hours are 7am-3:30pm with on call requirements on a rotational basis for evenings and weekends. All on call hours worked are paid time and a half! Training and PPE are provided to all our technicians! Job Duties:

• Assess and document damages to the residential or commercial property
• Work independently or as part of a team on properties that have been damaged by water, fire, mold or other disasters
• Set and monitor drying equipment
• Complete contained demolition to remove affected materials 
• Disinfect air and surfaces with ULV fogging machines
• Complete hand cleaning/application of disinfectant to affected surfaces
  
• Document work notes and upload pictures in project management software system

Qualifications:

• One year experience working in the Restoration / Mitigation Services industry, preferred 
• IICRC Restoration Industry Certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration will be given priority consideration
• Energetic, reliable and positive team members who are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working in a variety of different environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Smartphone/tablet user
• Ability to perform labor intensive work 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry materials
• Ability to work overtime when needed and respond to emergency situations after normal work hours
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Pre-employment background and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States
