Job Title: Restoration Technician

Location: Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, & Rathdrum Idaho

Job Type: Temporary/Part-Time/Full-Time

Salary: $17 to $19/hr. DOE

Job Description:

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the cleanup, repair, and restoration of damaged properties, ensuring that they are returned to their pre-loss condition efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services using specialized equipment.
• Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup, including debris removal and odor elimination.
• Assist in mold remediation efforts, following industry standards and safety protocols.
• Complete demolition and reconstruction tasks as needed to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
• Document all work performed, including before and after photos and detailed reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and team members throughout the restoration process.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
