WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a qualified and Mid-Level Restaurant Technology Specialist (Sales) responsible for the sale of our industry-leading restaurant technology solutions to restaurateurs to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities as a Mid-Level Restaurant Technology Specialist (Sales) , you will be responsible for ensuring the successful promotion, sales, and implementation of our cloud-based technology solutions tailored for the restaurant industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and customer success strategies, focusing on both mobile and web-based applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, promote, and sell restaurant technology solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using our CRM.
  • Perform benefit and needs analysis of potential clients to meet their needs.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or selling technology solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, email, and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business and professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

  A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Start-up experience.
  • Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team.
