Duration: 2–3 months with potential to convert to permanent
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annualized (W2, no benefits)
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Temp Recruiter to support high-volume, hourly hiring across a portfolio of food & beverage concepts. In this hands-on recruiting role, you’ll screen hundreds of resumes a day, rapidly identify top talent, and move candidates from first touch to offer—all while ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational needs. This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with the tempo and expectations of agency-style sourcing. Prior experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations is a must.
