We are an employment agency and seeking the Restaurant Manager at Japanese Restaurant (Cafe/Ramen).
Their U.S. headquarters relocated to LA last year, and they are planning multi-brand expansions. You will be responsible for restaurant manager duties at one of our company-operated restaurants. Initially, you will start as a restaurant manager but in the future, you may be promoted to Brand Manager or Supervisor (SV)!

* Responsibilities and Duties:
・Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality customer experiences.
・Work as a kitchen staff member when needed, assisting with food preparation and ensuring food quality standards.
・Work as a front staff member when needed, providing excellent customer service and managing customer relations.
・Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to maintain high performance and efficiency.
・Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to maximize profitability.
・Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
・Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and improve overall service quality.
・Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to attract more customers.
・Collaborate with senior management to improve operational processes and drive business growth.
・Follow and execute tasks as assigned by supervisors.
* Qualifications:
・Over 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
・Strong leadership and team management abilities, including experience in recruiting, training, and motivating staff.
・Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
・Business-level Japanese and English language skills.
