Position Overview:

• Established crews with their trucks and equipment can gross $150,000-$250,000 annually.
• We even offer equipment rental support for those with skills but are just starting out.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-departure inspections of trucks/trailers to ensure proper tool and material supply.
• Supervise and assign tasks to the installation crew on-site.
• Coordinate fence locations and ensure no conflicts with utilities.
• Interpret and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Provide safety instructions and supervise crew operations.
• Maintain professionalism and respond promptly to employee and customer needs.
• Complete administrative tasks and assessments as required.
• Interact with customers professionally and pleasantly.
• Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of the company's Installer Assessment Form.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Read plans, follow verbal instructions, and adhere to safety regulations.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Pass a background check with no recent felonies.
• Work independently with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Be punctual and dependable.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time / subcontractor 
• Expected hours: 40- 50 per week
• Experience: Fence installation: 2 year (Required)
• License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
• Work Location: In-person
