Research Assistant – Animal Health Recruitment

Day-to-Day Researcher Work:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and networking.
• Pipeline Developmen t: Maintain a strong talent pool for current and future roles.
• Market Intelligence: Provide data-driven insights to support recruitment strategies.
• Database Management : Keep candidate records organized for efficient tracking.
• Office Administration : Assist with things such as employee support, candidate scheduling, and office supply inventory.

As a Research Assistant on our Animal Health team, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for our clients. What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelors in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Animal Science, Chemistry, etc.).
• 1 year of research experience in any capacity.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized & analytical; able to manage multiple projects effectively.
• An innovative thinker with a passion for developing creative sourcing strategies.
• Excels in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Onsite availability – Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (30312).
