Virtual Intervention Specialist Ohio (1099)

VocoVision is looking for an enthusiastic Intervention Specialist to provide remote support to K-12 students across Ohio for the 20252026 school year. This fully virtual, 1099 independent contractor position offers the flexibility to create meaningful educational experiences while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:Provide individualized instruction and interventions to K-12 students with diverse learning needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to ensure student progress
Develop and implement effective virtual lesson plans tailored to student needs
Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with Ohio state education requirements
Access to Clinical and Technical Teams: Receive ongoing support and guidance to help you succeed in your virtual classroom.
Comprehensive Toolkit: A full library of digital resources and interventions that you can easily incorporate into your virtual lessons.
Flexible Remote Work: Work from home and manage your own schedule while making a difference in students' lives.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license
2+ years of experience in a school setting (preferred)
Comfortable with virtual platforms and technology
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
