What We're Looking For...

• This is a full-time permanent position, from Monday to Friday, with a flexible 8-hour shift between 8am - 9pm EST.
• Our hybrid schedule gives you the option to work from home or in the office.
• We are committed to offering our agents the best possible total compensation, which includes bonuses, residual income, benefits, and incentives. On average, agents can expect to earn a yearly median income of $60,000, and top earners can make well over $100,000.
• We also provide opportunities for overtime, both on weekends and weekdays, throughout the year.

The Main Responsibilities of the Sales Representative Role: 

Delivering exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond.

Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Navigating the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.

Staying up-to-date with current policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Building lasting customer relationships through personalized sales interactions.

Cultivating new sales opportunities by nurturing warm leads.

Keeping track of sales performance and progress through detailed reporting.
