Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Mortgage Branch Managers with a proven track record of success and a team of producing self-generated loan officers to relocate to new companies. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a branch team of self-generated loan officers.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager.
- Active NMLS license in good standing.
- Proven track record of success in mortgage origination and sales.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
