Launch Your Entertainment Career: Summer Internship at  New Legacy Enterprises (Unpaid, Commission-Based)

New Legacy Enterprises (NLE) is seeking enthusiastic and driven assistants/interns for our 2025 Summer Internship Program (approximately 12 weeks: 5/28/25 – 8/20/25). Gain invaluable, real-world experience in music, comedy, and speaking talent booking, talent management, content production, and event marketing. This is an exceptional opportunity for current students and recent graduates to dive into the entertainment industry.

NLE, a parent company to Breakpoint Booking, BreakpointNOW, and WeAreMonsterEnt, offers talent booking, management, music distribution, and talent services.

The Opportunity:

As an intern, you’ll directly support talent agents and managers in daily operations, including calendar management, booking coordination (using booking software), marketing, contract assistance, lead research, database maintenance, social media engagement, and more. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.

Requirements:

• Remote, work-from-anywhere position.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and quick learners.
• Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of email, texting, typing, internet, spreadsheets, etc.
• Ability to manage yourself and a calendar effectively.
• Availability for 10-15 hours per week, including approximately two hours of calls – three mandatory weekly Google Meets (with camera on).
• Must provide your own laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet access.
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer is mandatory (mobile phone alone is insufficient).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead gathering and reporting, booking agency software management, contract and deal drafting assistance, note-taking, phone calls, research, Google Workspace utilization, virtual communication (chat, meetings), and potential attendance at live shows.
