We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist customers through various communication channels. This is a remote position , allowing you to work from home and help customers resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience. If you’re a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and update systems
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully addressed
• Document and improve customer support procedures
• Assist in handling customer feedback and working towards continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure
• Experience using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
