**Positions Schedule**
* Monday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break)
* Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break
**Job Role**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher that is positive, detail-oriented, and wants to join a successful team in Chantilly, VA. The CSR/Dispatcher's duties include but are not limited to:
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
* Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technicians schedule as needed
* Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
* Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements
* Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
* Being a good teammate to coworkers
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a call center
* Must be able to type ~70 wpm
* MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively
**Remote Work Requirements**
SSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide:
* High Speed internet
* Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise
**Compensation**
* This job role is between $14-$18/hr based on experience
* There are a lot of commission opportunities for this position as well which average an additional $100-$1000+ per month
