Join Our Team as a Corporate Travel Agent! AAA Club Alliance is looking for a skilled
Corporate Travel Agent to join our collaborative Corporate Travel team. In this role, you will handle domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and exceptional service delivery. Proficiency in SABRE GDS and experience in Corporate Travel are essential for success in this position.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within our territory. Flexible Schedule: - The assigned schedule offers great flexibility.
- Potential shift availability from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

- The starting base compensation for this position is $15.78 to $30.26 hourly. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will: - Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals.
- Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations.
- Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies.
- Maintain professional client relations through prompt and accurate communication.
- Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs.
- Achieve individual and contractual service level goals.
- Maintain client profiles and manage special requests.
- Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to maintain quality control.
- Ensure optimum customer service through effective telephone techniques.
Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.
- 1+ year of international experience preferred.
- Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS required.
