2nd Shift / Weekend Customer Care Agent
LightingNewYork.com is the fastest growing online retailer in the Lighting Industry and we are currently seeking Customer Care Agents for our 2nd shift and weekend hours. We are a team-oriented, positive environment full of friendly people. We work hard to always move forward, but we don't underestimate the value of having some fun, either. We're looking for team members who are team-oriented, of course, but who are also highly motivated, with the ability to work independently to solve unique problems. Because of the rapid growth of our company, we need people who are not only flexible but also adventurous, like to try new things, have an ability and willingness to learn new skills, and like to think outside of their "everyday" job duties to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company. As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email with the opportunity to create raving fans for Lighting New York every single day.
Schedule for this role:
Each shift will be 10 hours (for a 40 hour work week). We offer flexibility in the schedule per day. The following are the open times for each of the 4 days:
Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
Positions start at $18.00/hr with a $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period
