Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Skilled Nursing facility located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
?Must have an active NJ state license
?Must have experience in a long-term care setting
?Must have experience working with Pointclick Care (EMR)
Benefits of the Registered Nurse:
?The salary for this position is $45 | hr
Schedule of the Registered Nurse:
?The is a Part-time position
?Every other weekend
?7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
?12 week contract with possibility for renewal
?Orientation consist of 1 day with nursing team (Paid orientation)
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
?Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports.
?Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions.
?Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
?Record patient vital signs and medical information.
?Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
?Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
?Administer non-intravenous medications.
?Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
?Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
