Weekend Baylor RN – Get Paid for 40 Hours!
Location: Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab – Keota, IA
Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Weekend Baylor program. This is a great opportunity to earn premium pay, receive full benefits, and maintain a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Weekend Baylor Schedule:
Option 1: 12-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) - work 36 hours, and get paid for 40 hours with full benefits
Option 2: Two 16-hour shifts (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) – work 32 hours, and get paid for 40 hours with full benefits
Your Role:
Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulations
Supervise and support nursing assistants
What You Need:
Active RN license in Iowa
A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
