You will be responsible for coordinating care plans, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, you will offer valuable guidance to both residents and their families, promoting well-being and improving the quality of life for our seniors.
Schedule: - Part Time (.6) or On Call
- PM Shift : 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Position Requirements: - Must be 18 years of age
- Must be registered and licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
- Must have a current CPR certification
- Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
