US Registered Nurse (RN) NCLEX Passer for Fast and Free Visa Sponsorship

Position Overview:
As a USRN NCLEX Passer, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and patient-centered care in various healthcare settings. This position is open to candidates who have successfully passed the NCLEX examination and are seeking expedited visa sponsorship. AristaCare Health Services offers a streamlined process, including premium processing of the EB-3 I-140 Green Card application, providing an expedited 15-day turnaround for eligible candidates. We understand the unique challenges that international nurses may face and are committed to providing a supportive environment for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
3. Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
4. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
5. Demonstrate effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications:
1. Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
2. Must have successfully passed the NCLEX examination in any U.S. state.
3. Interest in obtaining fast and free visa sponsorship for long-term employment in the United States.
4. Willingness to pursue licensure endorsement application for NJ and PA with our support.
