Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

 

Position Highlights:

Job Summary

• Responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to provide nursing care for the patient.
• Demonstrates effective verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to perform a thorough systems assessments.
• Directs, plans, and coordinates workflow.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of Registered Nursing Education program.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Must have current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota and or meeting criteria.
• Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PALS certification or completion upon next available program.

Work Schedule

• Day shift; 48 hours every 2 weeks
  • One day off in the two-week pay period
  • On call one day per week and every 4th weekend
  • On call 1–2 holidays per year

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.  

• $33.50 - $46.50 per hour
