*RN Qualifications:*
* Active RN license
* Nursing degree from an accredited program
* Current BLS certification
* EHR proficiency
* Competent in patient assessment and wound care
* Familiar with infection control practices
* Skilled in medication management
*RN Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their well-being.
* Administer medications accurately and safely.
* Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Perform wound assessments and treatments.
* Provide health education and support to residents and families
