Registered Nurse - Home Care, UHS Home Care PHC

United Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Care to join our Home Care Skilled Nursing 07 department at UHS Home Care PHC in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Salary Range:

$27.30 - $42.47 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

*** Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus for Eligible Applicants***

Manages the nursing needs of assigned patients from admission to discharge ensuring patients receive quality nursing care provided in a financially responsible manner. Responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services and teaching in the home. Works with the Nursing Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a patient specific plan of care in accordance with the physician’s orders.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
• Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Med/Surgical/Certified home care experience.

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
