Job Description

The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities recently honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Skilled Nursing Facility - 2024" and Best Nursing Home - 2024" is hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. 

** Full-time ** 6AM - 6PM and 6PM - 6AM ** Will need to work either a Saturday or Sunday
** $40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Diff ** $3,500 Sign-on Bonus for the new Full-time RN hired ** New RN Grads Always Welcome to Apply

Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred, not required
