Regional Logistics Manager – Jamesburg, NJ

• On-site role located in Jamesburg, NJ
• Compensation: $77,180 – $115,580+ annually (plus bonus eligibility)

About the Opportunity
• Lead operations for a 250,000 sq. ft. Distribution Center
• Manage 5 direct reports (including 3 supervisors) and 30+ warehouse associates
• Hands-on leadership role impacting warehouse performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
• High visibility opportunity within a growing logistics network

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily distribution center operations for accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Develop, coach, and engage supervisors and hourly warehouse staff
• Drive continuous improvement across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Strengthen inventory control practices to ensure error-free, on-time order fulfillment
• Manage budgets, equipment needs, capital investment, and vendor/3PL relationships
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and safety standards across all shifts
• Collaborate with Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, and Sales to meet goals

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 7+ years of leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations
• Proven track record driving improvement in safety, service levels, and operational KPIs
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, freight coordination, and WMS platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Prior accountability for budgets and safety program implementation preferred
