Regional Corporate Chef Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 DOE Location: Phoenix, AZ My client is an esteemed Golf Club who is renowned for its golf courses and exquisite dining experiences, providing members and guests with unparalleled leisure and entertainment options. Seeking a Regional Corporate Chef who is eager to be actively involved, leading by example with a hands-on approach, and passionate about mentoring others.
Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and mentorship to kitchen teams to foster a positive work environment and encourage professional growth
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
- Stay informed about culinary trends, market demands, and industry developments to continuously improve menu offerings and dining experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's reputation for culinary excellence
- Club coverage when needed
Regional Corporate Chef Qualifications: - Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within high volume establishment
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to travel 5-8 days at a time
- A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members
- Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Degree in Culinary Arts is an asset
