Staffing Recruiter Position Summary:

The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for performing a variety of operational duties, including but not limited to recruiting, interviewing, screening, hiring, and assigning temporary employees to job assignments. This position oversees the job performance of our temporary employees. The right candidate will be a computer savvy, multi-tasker that is comfortable being on the phone most of the day. If you like staying busy and watching the day fly by in an exciting environment, this position is for you!

Staffing Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

  • Create job descriptions and post job ads on all employment websites
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods and build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screening
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with qualified candidates
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Follow-up on each client order and confirm employee arrival and customer satisfaction
  • Build and develop long term relationships with current and inactive clients, including in-person client visits
  • Meet weekly and monthly individual and branch goals
