Are you ready to make an impact in a supportive and fun environment? Symphony Pointe , an Agemark Senior Living Community in Elkhorn, NE, is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist! We’re thrilled to be listed in Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Aging Services!

In this Part-Time Receptionist position, you will provide good customer service to our residents, families, and staff and help support activities for our memory care residents. This position will work 9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday- Sunday in Woodwinds, our memory care portion of the building. You may also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer phones promptly and handle calls/messages professionally.
• Coordinate services, solve problems, and maintain a clean, friendly environment.
• Facilitate resident transportation and complete required training.
• Greet visitors and guests as they arrive in the building and answer questions with great customer service.
• Assist with leading activities for our residents.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned by the General Manager and have a familiarity with MS Office.
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception desk and other common area spaces.
• Create and maintain an environment for residents/families/staff/guests that is customer-friendly, values and respects the uniqueness of each individual, and promotes personal growth with confidentiality in mind.
