Job Title: Real Estate Development Associate- Assist in commercial real estate transactions including document creation and gathering for building and/or land acquisitions
- Assist in day-to-day tasks involved in real estate transactions.
- Maintain, develop, and manage relationships with building owners, landowners, brokers, attorneys, investors, architects, contractors, government officials and community partners.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and converting new business relationships
- Perform Comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Compile market research and maintain database of information including verifying market rental rates / sales in the surrounding markets.
- Cold Calls to off market properties
- Input data into excel files/internal database and pro-forma's as needed
- assist with development team to formulate project strategies, budgets and recommendations
- Assist in loan closings
- BS From an Accredited University
- 1+ Years of Commercial or Residential Real Estate Experience
- Exceptional Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Real Estate License (Preferred, Not Required)
- MLS, Reonomy (Plus)
