They are seeking a EQS Manager who is looking to grow within an organization and who will work alongside the Senior VP of Operations.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and manage our enterprise quality standards (EQS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly ISO 9001.
2. Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with the established EQS.
3. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement strategies.
4. Provide training and guidance to staff members on quality standards and procedures.
5. Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers and auditors, to ensure all aspects of our operations meet the highest quality standards.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality standards and ensure these are incorporated into our EQS.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing quality standards in the finance industry.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
4. Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement strategies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to staff members.
9. Proficiency in using quality management software and other relevant IT tools.
10. Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
