Job Summary:This role focuses on developing and maintaining custom scripts to automate various processes across the organization. The QA Tester will work with clients and teams to understand their process workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and ensure the automation solutions meet business requirements. The position requires strong expertise in Openlink Endur, automation, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate processes across the organization.Work with clients and teams to understand their process workflows and identify opportunities for automation.Design, implement, and test new automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.Maintain and improve existing automation solutions, keeping them up-to-date with changes in technology and business processes.Monitor automated processes to ensure they run smoothly and take corrective action when necessary.Generate reports on the performance of automated processes and recommend improvements.Stay current with new developments in automation technology and incorporate them into the organization's systems.Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to users of automated systems.Write technical documentation for automation solutions.Provide input to the development of IT policies and procedures related to automation.Liaise with vendors of automation software and hardware to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process automation.Required Qualifications:6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation.Openlink Endur experience.Proficient in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.).In-depth knowledge of software development tools and platforms.Significant experience with CI/CD.Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with process automation and related tools.
