We are seeking QA testers to join our large banking client to assist in testing over 3500 monitoring activities. This role is critical to implementing updates to our Monitoring Program and will conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control for over 3500 Monitoring activities. This team will be responsible for testing the activities to see if they meet the 20 or so different requirements. QA testers will test, review information against the test script, and provide detailed feedback as to if the test met the requirements. Each test will take roughly an hour to complete.
We seek a focus on business metrics rather than technology and systems. Specifically, we're interested in how the second line of defense monitors rules, laws, and regulations, as well as key business indicators. Our emphasis is on reviewing documentation related to the second line's examination of the control environment.
We are looking for individuals with risk management experience who can understand and assess risk without being overly technical
