Job details -

Building purchase orders for change orders and requests submitted by construction in assigned communities.
Process purchase order requests submitted by construction.
Process purchase orders for change orders/requests.
Reverse and rebuild purchase orders as needed to resolve budget issues.
From time to time must complete projects with short notice.
Special projects as needed.

Requirements -

1+ year of professional admin experience
Great job tenure
Microsoft Office, Salesforce and ERP systems
Preferred some college
