Craftsmen Contractors is looking to hire Punch Out Carpenters for the Tampa and St. Pete areas.

We have multiple positions available and up coming positions as well. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent with closing out projects, warranty work and developing small work projects.
• Effectively schedule and complete work in a timely manner.
• Facilitate and help complete projects on new construction and also perform any warranty and service calls necessary.
• Facilitate completion of projects by joining the team towards the end of the project schedule.
• Help with final punch out including, but not limited to, finish trim, hardware install, accessories install, clean up, spackling or paint touch ups, straightening and organizing, removing materials from the job site, filling nail holes, grout or caulk touch up, wipe down and vacuuming, etc.
• Support subcontractors/ trades with tasks on site as needed, including framing, setting cabinets, trim work, etc.
• Respond quickly to all warranty calls, formulate a plan for required repair, and perform repair, on the spot if able.

Requirements:

• Must have extensive skill and experience and be able to manage and effectively complete various small projects in a timely manner.
• Must report to the Superintendent and be responsible for managing any Punch Out Technicians on the team if necessary.
• Must have basic hand tools, ALL PPE (Hard Hat, Boots, Jean Safety vest / shirt, eye protection) and reliable transportation to get to work.
• Must have at least 2 years of Punch Out experience.
