Salary:

Quecon is seeking an experienced proposal writer who will be responsible for creating compelling proposals and documents that effectively communicate our company's products, services, and value proposition to potential Government clients. You will work closely with our business development, technical, and management teams to gather information and ensure proposals are accurate, persuasive, and align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals, bids, and other documents in response to client requests, ensuring content is clear, persuasive, and tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to craft customized proposals.

• Write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, technical solution descriptions, pricing tables, and other sections as required.

• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.

Requirements

• Strong ability to write clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct content tailored to different audiences.

• Proficient in conducting research and gathering relevant information from various sources.

• Meticulous in reviewing and editing proposal content to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple proposals concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and executives.

• High Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Prior experience in proposal and technical writing for Government RFP's is preferred.
