Dynamic Real Estate management, investment, and development company seeks highly motivated, hands-on individual to join our successful team. The Property Accountant will be a part of the accounting group, a fast-paced, friendly environment. The individual will report directly to the Controller.

The office is located in midtown Manhattan and the position offers hybrid flexibility
•Key Responsibilities:
Monthly, quarterly, annual financials including variance analysis for a portfolio of properties
•Budgeting/forecasting for a portfolio of affordable housing multifamily properties
•Year-end workpaper preparation for audits
•Update corporate budget on a quarterly basis and variance analysis
•Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and refinancing
•Proactive forward-looking cash management including cash projections
•Close oversight of monthly changes in Accounts Receivable
•Close oversight of monthly changes in A/P purchase order approval
•Tracking expenses and comparison per unit/building
•Ensure timely submission of withdrawal requests from reserves
•Demonstrated history of working closely with Operations/Property Mgmt. and improving performance
•RE tax and water bill audits

Salary 100-125k depending on experience Phyton Talent Advisors
