This challenging and fun job will develop your sales skills while interacting with homeowners in retail location, events, festivals and home shows throughout the Greater Hampton Roads area of Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.
You will make great pay with generous bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Follow a process in obtaining and setting appointments
• Provide information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and service
• Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine how we can help them
• Set up and maintain display area, such as a table, stand or booth
• Keep area tidy and well stocked with materials

Qualifications:

• Must be self-motivated
• Must have customer oriented approach
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Professional appearance
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the area
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Flexible work schedule with ability to work 20 – 29 hours a week, including weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+hours)
• Must have a smart phone with data plan

• Earn $15.00 hr with uncapped bonuses – earn double to triple that with bonuses
