We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Estimator / Project Manager for a dynamic, fast-paced company based in Denver, CO. This role involves managing multiple larger projects, overseeing budgeting and take-offs, coordinating scheduling, and communicating with subcontractors and staff. Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple large projects concurrently.
• Oversee budgeting and take-offs for projects.
• Coordinate staging, mobilization, and scheduling for projects.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and staff to ensure project completion.
• Complete progress and final billing for submission to accounting.
• Run jobs efficiently to achieve project goals.
• Conduct site walks, reviews, and manage punch list communication/completion.
• Assist Project Managers on larger projects.
• Provide excellent customer service through strong oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in estimating, maintenance and/or project management
• Extensive knowledge in the construction industry, particularly in multifamily maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, grounds, minor plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and gutters.
• Driving is an essential job function; a valid drivers license and a good driving record are required.
• Proficiency in scheduling and efficient documentation.
• Strong budgeting and take-off capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and email communication skills.
• Superior time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
