T Project Manager – Data Centers

San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Salary Open and Negotiable, Relocation Package

Requirements:

• Direct experience managing data center construction projects from planning through completion
• Proven experience managing construction projects in a mission-critical environment
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Strong knowledge of construction project management practices, procedures, and processes
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects for data center customers, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to meet project specifications and client requirements
• Manage subcontractor performance, RFIs, change orders, budgets, and schedules
• Maintain client communication and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Support installation, commissioning, and turnover activities in line with data center operational standards
