About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar energy projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction or renewable energy who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar PV and energy storage systems for a variety of commercial and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of C&I solar and energy storage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permitting, and local regulations.
• Prepare and present project documentation and status reports.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within construction, solar, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• EE98J and/or GB98 license is a strong plus.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is also a plus.
