Bookkeeper / Office Manager / Personal Assistant Location: Atlanta, GA (30305) Company: Custom Home Builder
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and adaptable professional to support our growing custom home building business in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. This position will serve as a utility player , handling light bookkeeping, managing office operations, and acting as a part-time personal assistant to the owner.
Responsibilities:
Manage bill payments and assist with light bookkeeping tasks
Oversee general office organization and supply management
Run local errands and assist with owner's personal tasks
Help streamline daily workflows and reduce bottlenecks
Tackle various administrative tasks as needed

Highly organized and self-motivated

Proficient with basic accounting tools and office software
