## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
## Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other tools for accurate estimations
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
- Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed
- Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify project details
## Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating and project management
- Strong understanding of construction management principles
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction site specifications
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends in the construction industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
