Project Coordinator (Procurement) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Marlborough, MA (HYBRID mostly remote). Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: - Pay rate: $29/hr. - $30/hr.
- 1 position available, hiring ASAP!
- Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (HYBRID but could go more remote down the road)
- 3-month contract with potential to extend- Based on performance
- Participates on cross functional teams in the execution of assigned strategic sourcing initiatives and the implementation of category strategies.
- Lead tactical negotiations for SOW and SaaS engagements.
- Collaborates with Business Partners to drive value for the business while maintaining high quality service standards.
- Ensures key Business Partner alignment and satisfaction.
- Prepares and executes negotiation plans and involves TJX legal as necessary such as Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Controls, Quote Renewals, Proofs of Concept.
- Leverages negotiation skills, best practices, price/cost analysis, contract formation and administration to finalize agreements.
- Implements communication strategies to ensure accurate and timely flow of information to leaders, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Supports Global Category Managers in the delivery of their regional or global sourcing events.
Qualifications: - Excel skills are needed.
- Project management and coordination.
- Some strategic sourcing/procurement experience.
