Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Team Management: Lead and support the project coordinator team, delegating tasks and providing guidance. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Address any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review project documentation, including architectural and electrical plans. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Procurement and Fulfillment: Assist in optimizing purchasing processes and fulfillment services. Ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in construction or development industries preferred. Familiarity with architectural and electrical documentation for construction/planning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams), Blue Beam Revu (Highly Preferred), and Monday.com. Knowledge of Parsec/remote desktop software is a plus.
  • Management Skills: Strong leadership and delegation skills. Ability to establish timelines, define deliverables, and manage project workflows.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with remote teams and clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
