Dept: HCV Project Mgmt & Exec
Engagement Description project coordinator is required to assist with multiple HCV projects within CLIENT.
Top 4 Required Skills/Experience
2-3 years' experience coordinating resources schedules to schedule meetings
MS outlook experience
documenting meeting minutes, action items, decisions, risks and issues and storing within a project Share Point site
MS Excel, Word and SharePoint experience preparing various status reports
MS PowerPoint experience
managing project financials
MS Excel experience
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Monitoring, analyzing and following up on open items
Leading meetings as needed
Interfacing with various departments, senior management and individuals external to organization.
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
Previous project coordination skills on projects that have required working with an IT department
Past CLIENT or any other health insurance/industry experience
Education/Certifications Include:
Bachelors degree in - Business Management or Project Management or any health related field
Certifications PMP preferred
