JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Coordinator supports the Principal Investigator's (PI) focus on harmonization of hiring standards among the four universities. The incumbent will support alliance operations; develop data collection and privacy protocols; manage data collection and databases; analyze data and develop reports; manage NSF reporting; oversee communications to partners and participants; maintain and manage the Client website and dashboard; and scholar recruiting and development activities. They will work with Coordinators at the partner institutions to schedule regularly occurring Zoom meetings and in-person events for all partners.

Major Responsibility:
Project Management. 30%
Manage grant reporting and related programmatic updates and presentations including delegating tasks to research personnel, compiling research contributions, editing and formatting documents, reviewing reports, manuscripts.

POTENTIAL CONTRACT TO HIRE
HYBRID: 3 DAYS ONSITE, 2 DAYS REMOTE

Interview process: phone interview and then a zoom interview

Education: BS degree is required

Technical skills:
- google suite
- advanced Excel and PP
- zoom: hosting and facilitating meetings
