We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the liaison between the manufacturing operations and key clients, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision and efficiency. This role is pivotal in managing customer relationships, overseeing project timelines, and aligning production schedules with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, maintaining professional relationships with key personnel.
• Analyze, forecast, plan, and manage the demand and delivery for customer products.
• Facilitate the development and delivery of bids and proposals by managing proposal content, structure, and ensuring compliance to customer RFQ requirements.
• Work directly with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Quality departments to develop estimates of manufacturing costs.
• Customer order management to include: new order entry, re-orders, and change orders to ensure all information meets requirements and internal system remains aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align manufacturing processes with client needs, managing schedules, pricing, and delivery timelines to meet contractual obligations.
• Proactively identify potential challenges in production or delivery, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain customer trust.
• Provide regular updates to both clients and internal stakeholders on project status, performance metrics, and any pertinent changes or developments.
• Participate in (and sometimes lead) customer calls, including providing production status, coordinating special instructions, and managing customer requests.
• Utilize project management principles to manage projects from concept through implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or 7 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in program management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Ability to facilitate results without direct leadership responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking/problem solving - ability to analyze data and solve complex challenges by generating actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Teams).
• Operations/manufacturing business process experience (Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Master Scheduling, etc.)
