**Professional Services Delivery Manager**
Customer Success Remote, California Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$58,500 - $71,500+ DOE** Overview:

At Measurable, the Professional Services Manager is responsible for product management and delivery of Measurabl Professional Services including ESG education, ESG industry survey support, and ESG data collection. This highly collaborative role will work across Product Management, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive MPSs scope and pricing, deliver MPS to customers, evaluate MPS success, promote MPS to customers and prospects, and make hiring recommendations as necessary. This role will also manage strategy, scope, and operations for Measurabl 3rd-party Services, which are delivered by external service providers.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Professional Services Product Management:
* Determine MPS offerings, develop scopes of work, and measure success
* Identify and communicate points at which MPS may require additional staff resources
* Recommend additional hiring as necessary
Professional Services Delivery:
* Deliver ESG specific services
* Design and collaboratively implement operations best practices for MPS delivery, tracking, and issue resolution
3rd-Party Services:
* Drive improvement opportunities for existing 3rd party services scope and pricing
* Develop and implement operations best practices for delivery, tracking, and issue resolution
Services Promotion:
* Collaborate with Measurabls Marketing, Sales, Customer Success teams to promote both MPS and 3rd-party services

Education & Experience:

* 5+ years experience delivering ESG/sustainability consulting serving the real estate industry
* 3+ years project management experience highly desirable
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
