As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and driven Production Supervisor to lead our assembly operations and help us take our production team to the next level.

About the Role

As the Production Supervisor , you’ll oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all assembly processes. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and employee development, all while championing Lean Manufacturing and a safety-first culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily start-up routines and facilitate Monday morning team meetings
  • Manage production schedules and ensure timely, high-quality output
  • Supervise and support assembly team members, providing coaching and feedback
  • Partner with engineering, training, and quality teams to enhance safety and process standards
  • Conduct quality audits and oversee maintenance of QA/QC documentation
  • Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment using Lean principles
  • Document new products and procedures, and coordinate training as needed
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
  • Bridge communication between shop and field teams to align on expectations and resolve issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or modular assembly
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma practices
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and ISO-based quality systems
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and assembly drawings
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Schedule

  • Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts
  • Friday work as needed based on project demand
