Job Title: Production Scheduler
Location: Portsmouth, NH 03801
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $30 - 34.89 /Hr on W2 AI only
Job Description:
Summary:
- The Production Scheduler is responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the pre-campaign schedule. Perform at least 5/10 (firstn5 listed below) to ensure the departmental schedules are accurate and
- communicated to all relevant departments to drive short term execution of plans.
- Ensure all schedules are created respecting existing labor and asset capacities and achievable based on planned material availabilities.
- Drive timely resolution of all scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders.
Description:
- Create, track and maintain schedules to provide visibility to defined departments to drive short term execution of plans.
- Incorporate input from all relevant departments to ensure schedules are realistic within relevant constraints and latest information.
- Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities against optimal production sequencing and efficient resource (facility/suite, equipment, staff, materials etc.) utilization.
- Ensure all feedback regarding changes to existing plans is incorporated into schedules in timely manner.
- Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning system to allow optimal use of system scheduling functionality.
- Generate relevant KPI and operational measures to support identification of trends or root causing of sub-optimal performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience
Work Exp:
- Manufacturing in GMP setting

- Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report metrics (KPIs) and help to identify issues through peers.

Quality:
- Adherence to cGMPs is required at all times during the manufacture of APIs.
- All personnel own the quality of what they deliver and are responsible for notifying responsible management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, process deviations, product defects and related actions.
Safety:
- Must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety training, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries.
- Must comply with safety policies of the company and site.
