Position Overview: Internship (3 Months):

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Producer Intern to assist our production team in various stages of media production. This is a full-time, on-site internship for a duration of 3 months, providing hands-on experience in coordinating production tasks, organizing logistics, and supporting both creative and administrative aspects of projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about the production process, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

1. Recently graduated with a degree in a related field.
2. Available full time and on set for 3 months.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
5. Proficiency with Google G-Suite and necessary production management software.
6. Problem-solving mindset.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Production Assistance: Assist producers with scheduling, script breakdowns, and organizing pre-production meetings.
2. Production Logistics: Help coordinate cast, crew, and equipment on set, ensuring all resources are available for shoots.
3. Documentation Management: Help manage call sheets, shot lists, contracts, and other essential production documents.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate communication between departments (e.g., sound, camera, lighting) to maintain workflow efficiency.
5. Content Research: Conduct research for scripts, location scouting, and general content development to enhance production quality.
6. Marketing Assistance: Assist with creating and organizing social media content, promotional materials, and managing online presence.
7. Talent Coordination: Assist with booking, scheduling, and managing talent (actors, voice-over artists, etc.) for shoots.
8. Equipment Setup and Management: Help set up and manage production equipment, including cameras, sound, and lighting, in VX Studio.
9. Budget and Expense Tracking: Support producers in tracking production expenses, managing petty cash, and helping with budget reporting.
10. On-Set Assistance: Provide hands-on help on set by managing extras, handling props, and assisting with scene setups.
11. Script Revisions: Assist in making last-minute script edits, printing updated copies, and distributing them to the cast and crew.
12. Administrative Tasks: Help with organizing production meetings, taking notes, and managing communication between production teams.
13. Time Management Support: Help keep production on schedule by coordinating timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
14. Problem Solving: Assist in resolving day-to-day production issues, such as scheduling conflicts or technical difficulties on set.
15. Legal Documentation: Assist in securing permits, releases, and any other legal documentation needed for production.
